NTT DATA appoints CEO for new AI company NTT DATA AIVista, Inc.
NTT DATA has named Dr. Bratin Saha as CEO of its newly formed AI company, NTT DATA AIVista, Inc., marking a significant push to accelerate AI-native business development across the NTT Group. The Silicon Valley – based subsidiary officially opened its doors on December 1, 2025.
AI-focused expansion with Silicon Valley leadership
AIVista aims to accelerate new AI-driven businesses across NTT DATA and other NTT operating companies. The company will combine NTT DATA’s consulting and engineering strength with advanced AI technologies and Silicon Valley talent to help customers deploy scalable, AI-native services.
Saha brings a heavyweight résumé spanning NVIDIA, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and most recently DigitalOcean. At NVIDIA, he served as VP of Software Infrastructure, contributing to high-performance computing and AI platform innovation. At AWS, he was Vice President & General Manager for AI, Machine Learning and Data Infrastructure—an era in which he helped build a multi-billion-dollar AI portfolio that included Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Q, and Amazon Bedrock. His tenure at DigitalOcean saw him drive product strategy and launch multiple AI offerings, including agentic cloud operations and AI-driven web hosting services.
NTT DATA Group President & CEO Yutaka Sasaki said, “In Bratin, we have found an inspirational and fantastically well-qualified leader to help us drive the transformation of NTT DATA’s growth model for the AI era. Against the backdrop of a global acceleration in the shift to AI-driven business models, the commercialization of advanced AI technologies is a strategic imperative for NTT DATA.”
Positioning for the next enterprise AI wave
For NTT DATA, AIVista is not just a new business but part of a broader effort to reshape its global service strategy around AI-native architectures. The company sees AI commercialization as central to future enterprise transformation—aligning closely with demand for scalable platforms, specialized infrastructure, and integrated data/ML services.
Saha echoed the urgency of this shift, stating, “I am deeply honored and excited to join the NTT DATA family. The next era of enterprise transformation is being powered by AI — yet true impact will be realized only when AI is paired with deep expertise in reliable, scalable technology deployment. Few organizations are as well prepared to lead this next wave of AI-powered reinvention as NTT DATA, an industry leader and innovator with decades of experience in reliably delivering mission-critical, scalable systems and earning the trust of the world’s most complex enterprises.”
Abhijit Dubey, president and CEO of NTT DATA, Inc., added his support: “I look forward to working with Bratin to position NTT DATA as the leading global AI-native services provider in the industry.”
With AIVista, NTT DATA signals its intention to compete more aggressively in the AI services and platform market — an area where European enterprises, particularly in telecom, industrial automation, and cloud-enabled infrastructure, continue to seek strong partners.
