ST files 2025 annual report on Form 20-F with the SEC
STMicroelectronics has published its annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended 31 December 2025, and filed it with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The filing, prepared under US GAAP and including audited financial statements, is intended to give investors a single, comprehensive view of the company’s performance, risks, governance and business outlook.
What the ST Form 20-F filing covers
For companies like ST that are listed in the US but headquartered elsewhere, the Form 20-F is the SEC’s main annual disclosure document. In practice, it is the place where investors expect to find the full-year audited numbers alongside narrative disclosures such as risk factors, market context, and material business developments. ST says the report can be accessed via its corporate website through the annual filing announcement, and it will also be available through the SEC’s EDGAR database.
ST Form 20-F and investor visibility
The timing follows ST’s recent FY 2025 results communications and comes as the company continues large, multi-year investment programmes in Europe. As previously reported by eeNews Europe when ST raised €600 million for European sovereignty, the company has been positioning capital spending around strategic manufacturing and technology roadmaps. ST says investors can also request a hard copy of the annual report free of charge via its Investor Relations function.
